Testing suitability of photo-curable materials for optical 3D micro/nano-printing

Service description:

Testing the suitability of different photo-curable materials (including bio-derived) for optical 3D micro/nano-printing. Testing includes:

· Investigation of the optimal direct laser writing parameters (irradiation wavelenght, average power of laser beam, scanning velocity, exposure duration, focusing conditions) to form standart (gratings, scaffolds, bulk objects) or desired (according to customer needs) 3D micro/nano-structures out of custom made materials.

· Development procedure in the solvent

· Critical point drying, heat treatment (optional)

· Optical microscopy or sanning electron microscopy analysis

· Feedback, what needs to be changed/improved in the material composition.

Areas of interest:

Service is targeted at R&D institutions and companies that:

  • are creating new materials for 3D optical printing and need them to be tested;
  • provide 3D printing services and want to evaluate the suitability of specific materials for intended product fabrication;
  • etc.
