Centria has extended expertise in development of project idea into project plan, management of the implementation starting from small-scale and short-term to multinational long-term consortium projects. Good knowledge of various EU financing sources, such as ERDF, Horizon Europe various actions for research, and also SME instruments opens possibilities for SMEs to get knowledge and financing for extended development projects.

• idea generation process and turning it into an implementation plan
• consultancy on suitable for idea implementation type of project and its possible financing (e.g. public source)
• Designing project framework, including establishing a partnership for project implementation, setting work plan and timelines, elaborating IPR strategy, application to financing
