Service description:

In this service, our primary task is to unlock consumer behavior and get deep insights into consumers for industry partners, companies and associations to assist them in moving towards sustainable and circular business models and marketing systems. In our Neuro Marketing Lab we run tests using Eyetracking equipment and analyse the visual attention of consumers (gaze mapping and heat maps) and emotional response (facial expression analysis and galvanic skin response) when they are exposed to various marketing campaigns, websites and SOME communication. We map their attention, what they are looking at, what they are not looking at and the emotional response the experience generates as well as the magnitude of it. Companies using our service get valuable insights on consumer preferences and attitudes on matters-of-concern for the specific company. Hence, our service is tailor-made to the respective company. Our service as we provide it includes the following four phases: Clarification and research design Prototype development following co-creation approach Running of test/experiments Analysis and dissemination (output)
